Short-term immigration routes into the UK from the EU from 1 January 2021

As members know AudioUK, both individually and through the Creative Industries Federation (CIF), has been seeking clarity from Government on short-term immigration routes into the UK from the EU from 1 January 2021.

The CIF has now its provided members with a summary of the policy guidance now available, most of which was published after the opening of the new work routes on 1 December:

The Government’s policy statement in July outlined that they “will continue to work with the creative sector to reform and simplify the offer for creatives coming to the UK on short-term trips”. AudioUK and the Creative Industries Federation will continue to highlight to Government the challenges and priorities on this issue.
